Microsoft 365

Helping clients navigate Microsoft 365 is about more than just managing licenses; it’s about transforming a complex suite of tools into a streamlined engine for productivity. I act as the bridge between technical capability and business goals, ensuring that teams aren't just "using" the software, but are actually mastering it. Whether it’s architecting a secure SharePoint ecosystem, automating repetitive workflows with Power Automate, or fine-tuning Teams for better collaboration, I focus on creating a cohesive digital workspace that reduces friction and keeps data secure.

Beyond the initial setup, I provide the strategic oversight needed to keep an organization agile. This includes proactive security auditing to protect against evolving threats and continuous optimization to ensure clients aren't paying for features they don't need. By offering tailored training and dedicated support, I empower users to feel confident in their digital environment, turning Microsoft 365 from a monthly subscription into a high-ROI asset that grows alongside the business.

Key Areas of Support

  • Security & Compliance: Implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and secure sharing policies.

  • Cloud Migration: Seamlessly moving files and emails from legacy systems into OneDrive and Exchange.

  • Process Automation: Building custom solutions to handle approvals, notifications, and data entry.

  • Admin Management: Handling the "heavy lifting" of user provisioning, licensing, and tenant configuration.

Case Study

Client was manually setting up folders in Box and Shared Mailboxes in Exchange, based on file naming convention rules.

Using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), I streamlined the process into a simple form that automated the creation of folders in Box and Mailboxes and folders in Exchange.

This saved the client time and enabled them to focus on their core business, not getting distracted by repetitive IT tasks.
