Connectivity
I help clients bridge the gap between their business goals and the digital world by architecting high-performance Connectivity solutions. In an era where "the network is the business," a standard consumer-grade connection isn't enough. I focus on delivering mission-critical internet and networking services—such as SD-WAN, Dedicated Leased Lines, and SOGEA—that provide the symmetrical speeds and low latency required for VoIP, cloud applications, and seamless video conferencing. My goal is to ensure your "always-on" business actually stays on, with zero-failover configurations that keep you running even if a primary line is cut.
Beyond just "fast internet," I specialize in creating intelligent, unified networks that span multiple locations and remote workers. By implementing Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN), I can prioritize your most important traffic—like ensuring your Zoom calls never drop just because someone is downloading a large file. I manage the entire lifecycle of your connectivity, from site surveys and carrier negotiations to hardware installation and 24/7 monitoring, providing a single point of accountability for your entire communications fabric.
Connectivity Solutions
-
Managed Fiber & Leased Lines: Ultra-reliable, dedicated bandwidth with 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
-
SD-WAN & MPLS: Linking multiple office branches into a single, secure, and high-performance private network.
-
Failover & Redundancy: Deploying 4G/5G or secondary fiber backups that kick in automatically to prevent any business downtime.
-
Enterprise Wi-Fi: Designing high-density wireless networks using "heat mapping" to ensure 100% coverage with no dead zones.
Case Study
Working in retail and hospitality over the past 30 years, the single most important project I have been involved in, is finding the best solution for improving store connectivity throughout the working day.
Using a combination of fixed line and mobile connectivity, I worked with various partners on a WAN solution with automatic failover and fallback, ensuring that connectivity was 99.5% in stores with the technology. This meant that the stores continued to trade despite fixed line disruption, invariably without the store knowing there was any issue.
